COMPETENCE BACKGROUND

The company was founded by Jouni Latva-Pirilä who has been involved with sales and service organisations for more than 20 years. In addtion to small and medium size companies, Jouni has worked in several stock listed companies like Elisa, If P&C Insurance and Konecranes Finland.

Jouni’s touch to work has been said to be practical, clear and understandable. This has its roots in vocational education background and early years’ career as an electronics technician. Later the studies were completed with a degree in engineering and economics. This long educational path reflects certain attitude towards learning new, making changes and develop things further. Curiosity, drive and motivation are basic elements in each and every change.
